According to the Sun-Sentinel:
Citing “irreconcilable differences in witness testimony,” the Miami-Dade state attorney’s office on Monday dropped disorderly conduct and resisting arrest charges against Tamiko “Miko” Grimes, a former South Florida sports radio host and wife of Miami Dolphins cornerback Brent Grimes. Grimes, 40, of Davie, on Sept. 27 caught the attention of Miami-Dade police as they managed crowds and traffic outside Sun Life Stadium in Miami Gardens before the Dolphins’ game against the Buffalo Bills. Grimes, married to three-time Pro Bowler Grimes, 32, was accused of disobeying orders while walking in a restricted area and head-butting an officer, according to an arrest report. She was arrested on suspicion of battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting an officer with violence, both felonies, as well as disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor. In October, the battery charge was dropped, and prosecutors formally charged Grimes with resisting an officer without violence and disorderly conduct, both misdemeanors.
